Terms of Use

By downloading or using PageVo (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Usage Rules.

2. Your content

The documents you scan are yours and are processed and stored on your device. We do not access them, upload them or collect them. You are responsible for the content you scan and for having the right to do so.

3. Subscriptions (PageVo Premium)

PageVo Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) managed by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; any change will be communicated in accordance with Apple's rules.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, or attempt to decompile, resell or interfere with its operation.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is". While we strive for scan and OCR quality, we do not guarantee that text recognition is accurate or that the App is error-free. Always keep a copy of important documents.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PageVo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including data loss.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its date.
