Privacy Policy

The principle: your documents never leave your phone. PageVo performs all scanning, OCR, editing and export on your device. We run no servers of our own and we do not collect the content of your documents (images, recognized text or file names).

What we do NOT collect

The content of your documents: scanned images, OCR text, file or folder names.
We do not require you to create an account to use the app.

What is collected (usage data, never content)

To understand usage and maintain the app, we use third-party services that collect anonymous usage and device data, never your document content:

Google Firebase Analytics: aggregated usage events (e.g. "a scan was completed", the chosen export format) and OS model/version. You can turn it off in Settings → Privacy → "Share anonymous usage statistics".
Google AdMob (advertising): the free version shows ads. AdMob may use device identifiers (including the advertising identifier) to serve ads. We request your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and the consent form (UMP) where applicable. PageVo Premium removes ads entirely.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled through Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We do not see or store your payment information.

Your controls

Turn off usage statistics: Settings → Privacy.
Decline ad tracking: in the ATT prompt or iOS Settings.
Delete your documents: they are removed from your device; since nothing is uploaded, we hold no copies.

Children

PageVo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.
